This luxury chalet lies in the ski region of the four valeys ( largest ski-resort Switzerland )witch has 410 km of pistes, a true paradise for snowboarders and skiers. Even in the summer has this area plenty to offer, you can start from the chalet all kinds of hiking trails. There are also sufficient golf and mountainbike possibilities.Haute-nendaz is very child-friendly and offers enough facilities and activities for the youngsters, so that the have a great time out there.
The chalet lies in walking distance of the village of Haute Nendaz ( quatre vallees ). Even closer to the open air swimmingpool en 2 tenniscourts. The village has all the facilities such shops, supermarkets (4), local/nature shop, skischools, skatingstadion, bowling, squash, fitness, playground, daycare-centres. You can find dozen of restaurants and place of entertainment. Nendaz has it all.
This new detached chalet lies on 1000m2 surface. First you notice the garden with the big 6 person jacuzzi .From the terrace you can enjoy the beautiful spectacle of a thousand lights at night.
The chalet is luxuriuos and decorated with a lot taste.On the first floor you find the living-dining room with fireplace, open kitchen with microwave, dishwasser, expresso koffee-machine, fridge.
On the surface level you have three bedrooms, all with view of the mountains. The first bedroom has a double bed, with a bathroom ensuitte . It has a bath and shower, toilet and a double washbasin.Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and the thirt bedroom has a bunkbed. On the samr floor you find also the second bathroom with shower, toilet and washbassin.
On the third floor you find the loft with sitting corner and a comfortable sleeping couch for 2 persons. Flatscreen with ( cable television) DVD and internet.
Smoking and patts are not permitted.

The prices for this chalet in the summerseason varies from 1750 and 1900 Euro and in the winter season between the 1870 and 2850 Euro. Cleaning , linen, towels, and maintanance of jacuzzi are included in the prices.
