Chalet for rent

Chalet Quatre is situated in the 4 Vallees region, in a short walking distance of the village of Nendaz.
Nendaz is one of the main villages of this area.
Here you can spend a lovely summer or winter holiday.
The chalet is about 1400 meters above sea-level, so in wintertime there is often snow around the chalet. The first (ski)busstop is only 300 meters away.
In the summer you can start your hiking tour into the mountains even out of your backdoor. The famous walk ”Vieux Bisses” starts in a short distance from the chalet.
Or take the chairlift from Nendaz-Station up and walk all the way down to the house.
Swimming pool with a magnificant view to the surroundings and 2 tennis courts only 300 meters from the chalet. Entrance all free for our guests.By showing the rental agreement of “Chalet Quatre” at the Nendaz Tourist office you receive the "Nend’acces" pass which gives you free entry to a lot of activities organized by the Tourist office.

Entrancehall with toilet and a storage room for skiboots / hikingshoes.
Living-room with a nice fire-place, satelite tv, dvd ( we have a small collection movies ) and audio system.
Swiss dining table and kitchen with oven, microwave, electric hob, dishwasser and fridge.
From the balcony you have a fantastic view all the way down to the valley.
Downstairs:
3 bedrooms with in each room a built-in wardrobe: One bedroom has 2 separate beds, one a double bed, and in the third bedroom there is a bunkbed( suitable for adults.
Bathroom with bath / shower, toilet and a washbasin.
Washer/Dryer

Outside facilities:
Garden and terrace with a stunning view to the mountains
Bbq, garden furniture, garage on the streetlevel.

The renting price of this chalet various in the summer from 495 Euro to 750 Euro, and in the winter from 695 to 1250 Euro.
The cleaning costs are 85 Euro and the deposit is 225 Euro.
